A book???
I woke up at 2am Thursday morning. It came to me...I really want to write a book...Not just any kind of book though...I want to write a book as a sort of guide to first time deployements (for spouses/kids/family members...I want to include a story from as many people and as many states as I can and have each person that submits a story to me, to include a top 5 or 10 to surviving the first deployment...All branches, kids, parents, wives, husbands and even the deployed persons...I want to know what you/they went through during that first time away, I want know what was missed, what was gained, what was lost and what was found and how contact was kept, how the homecomings and the goodbyes went, you know, THE WHOLE STORY!!!

Is this a good idea? I mainly want to market it towards FRG's and other organizations that help seperated families. I dont just want those that were sent to war, those that were also sent on unaccompanied tours are also very welcome!!! 

I am going to try and start it next month if I get the courage to start it!!! Would all of you guys submit your story for this???? I want you first and foremost, because every one of your stories are different, intriging (SP?) and one of a kind!!!

Let me know what you think? Would you have bought or wanted a book like this going through your first deployment/seperation from your spouse, just to get a little insight as to how things roll?
